Processing Time

Digital Files
Digital Files via Email	Dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends
Digital Files via CD	Hi res files and bulk orders dispatched within 5 working days

Prints
Standard Service	Analogue prints processed in 4 weeks, digital prints in 2 weeks
Two Week Service	Analogue prints processed in 2 weeks at double the advertised price
Three Day Service	Processed in 3 working days at the advertised price plus an extra £20 per photograph (or £23.50 including VAT), staff resources permitting

If you require two week or three day service, please write that information prominently on your order form.

Payment
Pre-payment is required on all personal orders and on all commercial orders with a value less than £15.00. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Switch), cheque, International Money Order, or bank transfer. Cheques should be made out to "The Imperial War Museum". Payment must be made in sterling. Cheques drawn on foreign banks are not accepted. Payment of invoices by bank transfer should be sent to the National Westminster Bank, sort code 60-60-04, 91 Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7HZ, quoting the IWM account number 70408319. The IWM correspondence reference and/or invoice number MUST be clearly shown.

VAT
Customers from non-EU countries do not have to pay VAT and should follow the 'Price' column. EU customers must pay VAT unless they provide a VAT number when ordering.

Guarantee
We hope you will be pleased with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied please return your goods within seven days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchases. Please return goods unused with all documentation and in their original packaging. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
